Located just a few of minutes from Lake Michigan and the quaint harborfront town of South Haven, MI, Twelve Bridges is a peaceful patch of meadows and trees surrounding a series of serene, small private lakes/ponds. This "release from my cares" is Twelve Bridges RV Condo Resort.

Carefully planned among the trees and meadows are cottages with porches and neighbor-friendly streets, most with 'walls of glass' sunrooms with views of the water's edge.

 'Green and eco-friendly' Twelve Bridges has been carefully designed to highlight the land's natural elements and to utilize recycling and renewable energy as much as possible.  ‘Off the grid’ glamping and solar/wind/battery cottages are planned.

Our grand opening is expected in 201, with 'Sneak Peak' for self contained units or tent area campers in the rustic area.

A great deal of work has been done with over one half mile of roads completed and at least 30 rustic campsites available, many with water front and water views to enjoy the peaceful sounds of nature. We will have a Grand Opening in 2014 when the solar, heated pool, bathrooms and playground areas are completed. In the meantime, a 'Sneak Peak' will be allowed for self contained units or tent area campers in the rustic area.

In 2014, Twelve Bridges will be a 37 acre resort with fun activities and interesting programs for adults and children. Visitors and owners will have the option of renting or buying one of the 160 RV condo sites or comfortable cottage homes. The resort offers 2 ponds and a small lake, generous 45' x 80' sites with municipal water and sewer to every site along with WIFI for resort residents and owners can enjoy the WWW. Each site can belandscaped and create their own identity. Sites are planned with special areas for upscale cottage home or a 16' x 20' Unique Glamping sites and other areas for newer motor coaches, and sections for newer travel trailers and fifth wheelers.

For owners who prefer a cottage home (16' x 20' Unique Glamping) site to an RV site, cottage homes and sunroom additions are designed for comfortable, casual living. These energy efficient homes will feature architecturally attractive trim and siding, plus options like huge walls of windows, large, friendly porches and open floor plans. Cottages will include nearly 400 sf of lifestyle space, and can include nearly 400 more SF of sun room space, plus a deck and outdoor/patio area. Cottage home designs will offer upscale amenities such as granite or solid surface countertops, hardwood floors.  Well designed ‘man caves’ or oversized storage buildings, with attractive features, like insulated walls, and sliding glass doors are nice options.

Glamping is unique new way to 'Rough it in Luxury'. A large heavy duty 16' x 20' wall tent with an added fly or rain cover, plus an 8' porch area. Glamping allows travelers to experience nature in an upscale way, without the hassle of finding camping space or setting up and taking down tents. Our glamping "tent homes" are nicely furnished with wood floors, queen-size beds and memory foam-topped mattresses. Our glamping tents are eco-friendly and "off the grid", using solar lighting, solar showers and heat with a wood stove.

The deep stocked small lake and ponds are perfect for ‘catch and release’ fishing or paddle-boating the day away.  In keeping with the peaceful environment, no gas-powered boats will be allowed on the water.
